COO · Owner
With 20+ years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry, Sean knows West Virginia construction processes, codes and laws like the back of his hand. He is an expert installer of major commercial demountable wall projects, with clients throughout the United States. Sean is the COO/Partial Owner of ECB — ensuring that projects stay on schedule and that customers feel comfortable throughout the process.
CFO · Owner
Rob has 25+ years of program management experience, managing major projects in excess of $25 million. With experience in commercial and government construction, Rob is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP) and also a Six Sigma Black belt. At ECB, Rob serves as CFO/Partial Owner, managing the financial processes and constantly increasing the efficiency of the company. He also leads process improvement initiatives within ECB to increase manpower and ensure scheduling is efficient — saving you money.
Senior Project Manager
Jeff brings 10+ years of experience to ECB with a background in design consulting, architecture, project management and construction management. With experience in design and construction projects ranging from $100k – $20m, Jeff has a wide range of projects he can oversee and run from inception to final completion. With his background in project management, Jeff brings organization to ECB that will allow our teams to be efficient with your projects and budgets. At ECB, Jeff serves as Senior Project Manager. He will oversee all projects, schedules, budgets and day to day operations on residential and commercial construction projects. Jeff will ensure our clients projects are completed timely and handled with care.
Project Manager · Estimator
Dana brings 20+ years of project management experience to ECB with a background in program management, process management and training management. Along with his extensive background in project management he brings a practical background in general construction & estimating. At ECB, Dana will serve as lead Project Manager and Estimator for all projects. He will be the key person on these projects ensuring that they are staffed correctly, budgets are being tracked, materials are arriving on time to complete the various tasks, and that jobs are completed on time to ensure that the customer gets exactly what they wanted.
Project Coordinator · Site Superintendent
Sam brings 15+ year of construction experience to ECB with a background in residential and commercial construction. Along with his extensive on-site construction knowledge, Sam’s overall knowledge of the construction sites make him a valuable asset to the team ensuring that customers projects are staying on time and budget. At ECB, Sam will serve as Project Field Coordinator for all jobs as well as Site Superintendent. Sam will communicate daily with all sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure ECB’s project are handled with care.
